He went above and beyond to help us get the information we needed in order to feel comfortable with our purchase/offer (even went to town hall to track down physical permits for our home to make sure everything is in good order). He is well connected and had great insights in terms of the inspections we'd need to get done to make sure everything is in good order. He did a great job of advocating for us and keeping us informed so we could maximize our chances of our offer getting accepted.
