He is extremely professional and has the knowledge of the area, which we needed to help with our initial lot purchase and subsequent contract to sell the same. During the interim, he provided us with excellent ideas to improve the property, plus put us in touch with individuals to assist with the improvements. HIGHLY recommend Dan. When we subsequently wanted to sell our lot, we contacted Dan and he immediately had a buyer in mind. Although we have not closed, yet, we were able to enter into the Contract within one day from the time we contacted Dan. He was the 6th agent that I interviewed, and he impressed from the start. He was professional, personable, and knowledgeable. He staged areas of the house inside and out at his own expense, he spent multiple hours placing furniture, art, and floral arrangements, rearranging until it looked perfect. He has been gathering home staging items for years, and his clients reap the benefits. These services would cost thousands if you hired a independent staging company. The house went under contract quickly, he communicated well throughout the process and he answers the phone when you call. I have bought and sold multiple homes, I have been an agent, a property manger, and investor. I have dealt with many agents over the years. Dan goes above and beyond like no agent I have ever seen. My house was under $400,000. He had several listings for over $1,000,000 at the same time, but I always felt prioritized. Dan was not my first call, but he was my last.

We had been looking in the Plateau region for months and saw many homes with a number of very capable and professional real estate agents working in the area. But what made Dan stand out from the moment we contacted him, was how clear it was that he brought something else to the equation... A level of passion and creativity that made us not only fall in love with the home we ultimately purchased but with his infectious enthusiasm for the area and the personal and guiding relationship that we immediately established with him. We found the property on Zillow, a 4 bedroom home on 12 acres with an amazing view. Within a few days of being listed, the house had over 300 saves. We contacted Dan, and he immediately replied with detailed and concise answers to all our questions, and there were many. He also included the salient history of the home and the area, and with the emerging uncertainty of the Novel COVID Virus hitting the US, Dan readily offered us video walk-throughs of the home and property via Facetime. Our interest fully solidified by his responsiveness, we moved quickly to see the home before the COVID shut-down. Already taking all necessary precautions, Dan guided us to the home for our first viewing. It was beautifully staged, with Dan's personal touches throughout, flower arrangements on every surface, and absolutely spotless. Dan truly brought the whole presentation to the next level and it was immediately clear that the sellers made the right choice in choosing Dan to represent them. But we soon felt just as fortunate, as Dan helped to make the negotiation process amicable, fully transparent, and in a most professional manner, he responsively mediated for the benefit of both sides. During this process that really only lasted a couple of days, Dan proactively arranged for contractors to come in and quote us work to be done, immediately arranged for inspections, and resolved all issues to everyones satisfaction.
