ZillowVERIFIED The Bend real estate market is complicated, with tremendous differences between zones (e.g. northwest, southeast) and neighborhoods in zones. Dani initially helped me look in 2024 as I focused on lower priced zones and houses and was even more helpful in 2025 as I shifted to houses in the NW and SW. Dani set up appointments at short notice, coordinating well with my Bend-based family. She offered her opinions on houses but never pushed her views. Dani really stood out when I decided on the house we eventually bought. She advised on my bid, which ended up being very close to the final price. She arranged for general and specialist inspections, and guided me at all steps of the purchase process. She even provided contacts for repairs and upgrades I wanted to have done. Overall, Dani was great from start to finish; always helpful, never pushy. She also is a very nice, interesting person. I definitely recommend Dani to anyone interested in buying or selling a house in Bend.

What truly sets Dani apart is the investment she makes in every one of her clients, and her dedication to going above and beyond to make sure everything goes smoothly. Dani helped me paint my house, and when a tree was blown over in my driveway while we were showing, she showed up and helped me remove it. Purchasing 'long distance' can be complicated but Dani went above and beyond during the transaction and she made sure everything went smoothly. She was professional and quick to respond when things came up. She was reliable and we so much appreciated her follow through. There was a minor issue with the plumbing and she was willing to do whatever it took to make it right; this was after we had closed. Not every realtor has that kind of follow-through.
