ZillowVERIFIED I have a background in sales and negotiations- I interviewed a few realtors before meeting Dani and while I wasn't thrilled with any of them I did have a frontrunner. Then I met Dani and immediately knew he was the guy. His team did a stellar job of open houses and negotiations with lots of communication back and forth. It was an eclectic house and he needed proper marketing to find the next owner- Dani found him. I had friends with a house that they had been trying to sell for years- beautiful house but a tough location, They were going to try again and had a realtor picked but I said to them "Listen , this is business, I don't care who you use but you absolutely MUST at least interview Dani and then if you choose someone else-so be it." They met Dani- hired him on the spot and they were amazed at the turnout. Showed the house furiously and sold so fast they had to go rent a place to hold them over. Be careful what you ask for because Dani will deliver and in the case of my friends- substantially over asking price with multiple offers (on a house that previously wouldn't sell). This is business- big business for most of us- Dani doesn't just list and walk away- he sells houses. I knew that within 5 minutes of meeting him.

ZillowVERIFIED To sum up my experience working with Dani, excellent from start to finish. We were first time homebuyers so we really went into this blind. Dani helped us every step of the way. We had very specific ideas of what we wanted and that did not intimidate Dani at all. Its not easy to find everything a buyer wants! Dani achieved that. He showed us a few great properties and was very patient when we initially did not see anything we liked. He was resolute and patient and we finally found a property that was perfect for us! Dani helped us with this purchase in ways that went above and beyond. He was there for the inspection walkthroughs etc. he also had recommendations for everything. We needed repairs to the electricity and an estimate before we could make an offer. Dani was able to facilitate that quickly and did not create any extra work for us. He also did things like contact the town for any information on the property. He took the time to do everything even the little things. Most of all he was SUPER NICE FRIENDLY PERSONABLE and an all around nice guy! Its always nice to do business with someone who is easy to work with. We definitely choose well with DANI. I highly recommend him. Using him you get someone competent, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would definitely work with Dani again and will recommend him to my westchester friends. Thanks Dani!

Dani understood the situation and knew the importance of a quick sale. Dani did his research and came up with an admin g price. Dani then had pictures and a video put together for advertising purposes. He held an open house as well. Our house had offers tight away. We accepted an offer within a week. Dani was very pleasant, kind and understanding of our needs and wants. We were so happy with the experience and I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation!
