ZillowVERIFIEDDanelle Dove and Jordyn were absolutely exceptional in helping me purchase my dream home. This was a unique and complex transaction, and they went above and beyond at every stage of the process. Danelle was especially incredibleaEUR"coordinating multiple inspections, anticipating issues before they arose, and stepping in to help in ways that were well outside the typical scope of a realtor. Her dedication, attention to detail, and willingness to do whatever it took made all the difference. Jordan was equally supportive and professional, ensuring everything stayed on track and communicated clearly. Thanks to their expertise, persistence, and genuine care, what could have been a stressful experience turned into a successful and rewarding one. I am truly grateful and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for real advocates in a real estate transaction.

ZillowVERIFIED We had been looking for the "right" property for several years. Jordyn and Danelle kept their ears to the ground for us and helped both buy and sell in a short period of time. I appreciated their willingness to talk through questions and discuss options. The end result was with the wait.

ZillowVERIFIED Jordyn and Danelle were both very helpful; with a long distance buy there was more communication needed over the details, but they were on top of everything to help me understand all the context that I needed. Very satisfied.

ZillowVERIFIED There really is only two words to describe our realter Danelle Dove "Truly Awesome"!!! She always seems to have the best/right answer to the many questions/issues that invariably come up along the way. Danelle is always easy to reach and if she's busy she always finds a way to still respond quickly (sometimes we wonder when she sleeps). She is very honest, gives great advice and always gets the job done in a very professional way. We were very impressed with Danelle and her team and would certainly use them again. Bob & Lucena Olsen

ZillowVERIFIED Danelle was the perfect choice for us. We - my mother and siblings - were selling the family home under a "life estate" process. That meant she had 5 of us to deal with regarding the paperwork. Danelle was available at our convenience since we were coming from out of town. She explained the process and provided suggestions as requested. She took care of the details and arrangements for septic inspection and cleaning for us. We are extremely satisfied with how smoothly and quickly the sale occurred. Everything from the initial meeting through closing took 1 month. Couldn't have asked for anything better. FABULOUS experience!

ZillowVERIFIED Was absolutely fantastic helping out with the whole process and finding local contacts, we needed someone to help plow the snow off the road just to look at the property which she set up completely. Has been great for returning information back and forth as contacted.

ZillowVERIFIED Thanks Danelle Dove and ReMax team! The experience of buying my cabin site unseen was much easier with Danelle holding my hand via the internet. She took videos, answered my million questions and connected me with a group of professionals in Michigan that helped with all my needs. As a realtor myself in the past, I know what it takes to make a transaction go smoothly and Danelle was always on it, very available and highly knowledgeable. Mike and I recommend her for any home purchase in the Northwoods! Sheryl Lynn Robinson

ZillowVERIFIED Danelle was wonderful to work with. She was the seller's realtor, but her correspondence and attention to details were absolutely amazing. You would have thought she was working for us. Excellent realtor. Wonderful person. Would highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED Danelle is the person to see for real estate in Crystal Falls. She understands the market, she knows the people, and she never stops working. She handled every aspect of my sale with professionalism--- I was worried it was going to be a long, difficult process, but Danelle took care of every little detail--- I got a fair price for my home and great advice on every aspect of the transaction. What I have learned about buying and selling homes over the years is that it's smart to find the best realtor in the area and then to follow that person's guidance throughout the transaction. For real estate in this area-- the person is Danelle Dove.

ZillowVERIFIED I've been through several real estate transactions over the years with multiple realtors. Danelle is the best. She combines personal integrity, great local knowledge, and a wealth of connections to help out when things start to veer sideways, as is common with complex transactions. I've purchased two properties with Danelle as my agent. I wouldn't even consider going to anyone else.

ZillowVERIFIED We had a very difficult house to sell. It was higher priced in a low price market. Danelle was able to find a potential buyer and she worked the prospect to keep them involved even though they were looking at many other houses. She was able to convince them that our house was the best option.

ZillowVERIFIED We were most impressed with Danelle's ability to tap other resources to assist in getting our deal done. It is apparent she has developed a strong network of knowledgeable and professional individuals to bring a deal to close. Her attribute of assisting both the seller she represented and us as buyer was genuine and gave us a sense of trust in her. Response to questions and information requests was always very quick and we never felt like we were being a pest (even though we may have been!) You will be very happy with the results you get should you employ her for selling or buying in the UP.

ZillowVERIFIED Danelle has helped us to purchase 2 properties and sell one. She is responsive, thorough and easy to work with. She knew what we liked and did not waste our time taking us through properties that would not interest us. I am somewhat impatient and like to have all of my ducks in a row, and she provided timely and accurate feedback - at all hours. When we listed our property, she had an offer on it in 3 days. I couldn't be happier.

ZillowVERIFIED When I listed my lake property just before Labor Day I did not have much hope it would sell before Spring. However Danelle was very encouraging while being professional and friendly. She displayed knowledge and expertise about the market and was also sensitive to my feelings about letting go of a an important part of my life for 60 years. Much to our surprise the "right buyer" found the place in October and we closed before Thanksgiving. Danelle handled the closing with confidence and apparent ease. She deserves my highest recommendation and appreciation.

ZillowVERIFIED Danelle was very excellent to work with. She knew the area very well and she was very instrumental in helping us find a home that we were looking for. She recommended very good restaurants to eat at as well and helped us find people to help us move as we were having trouble finding someone to help us move. We were also looking for handyman help and we used the radio station to do that and that really worked Great. We found two young men to help us get our garage insulated and they are also coming tomorrow Monday to help us get some more work done around the house. So all in all we were very very impressed with Danelle Dove. We will recommend her to anybody that is looking to buy in this area as she probably is one of the best real estate people in this are, and We Thank her for all of her expertise in helping us find a home to buy. Thanks Danelle, we appreciate it so much. Mike & Sharon Hurkmans.
