ZillowVERIFIED When my brother and I first met with Ms. Jacquot she was very energetic, and she bragged about her advertising budget and internet reach. We were able to find a buyer quickly, so I do give 2 stars for that, but the service AFTER the initial purchase was very disappointing. There was a supposed 2nd offer that I never saw despite asking about it repeatedly. The lack of follow-up and attention to details were a problem. Two days before closing, there were so many loose ends she did not communicate to the title co. to finalize which caused me unnecessary stress! She just texted me her current location in the Caribbean! I definitely felt taken advantage of as an out-of-town seller.

I eagerly set up a time for her to see our house and never looked back.When Daneen showed up to look at our house, she treated it as an interview. I have NEVER experienced this from an agent. She sat down with her marketing plan and explained she uses a professional photographer for listing photos and networks on social media and several real estate websites. I can tell you her strategies worked because our house sold (with several offers) within a week! At the time, we were on vacation in Florida. We were able to sign the paperwork electronically and she took care of the rest.Unfortunately, the home we purchased was not a very smooth process due to the unprofessionalism and shifty ethics of the listing real estate company (no fault of Daneen or her team, whatsoever). If it had not been for Daneen staying on top of everything, we probably would have walked away. She remained positive and confident and worked tirelessly to keep things on track while communicating and keeping us informed of what was going on every step of the way.Needless to say, I cannot speak highly enough of Daneen and her team. Her work ethic is absolutely amazing. She is sincere, kind and makes you feel as if you are her only client. She answers texts, emails and phone calls quickly and literally all hours of the day. She even helped us put in an offer New Years weekend while she was on vacation!Her secretary is very responsive and eager to help, and her husband, Steve Kulmala, is also a real estate agent. She answers your calls and texts literally anytime ...a midnight on a random business day, while on vacation on some tropical island, 7am on a weekend -- I am not sure how she manages to do that, but she is absolutely incredible. It really gives you peace of mind to know that someone is constantly looking out for you and ready to help through a process of making such a big decision.When we first started thinking about buying a house, I went on Zillow and found a random house that I liked and decided to select the option "have agent contact you for a showing". I am not kidding, within about 30 seconds I received a call from an unknown number asking when we would like to see the house -- and that's how we met!! My mind was slightly blown at the time. Not to mention, we are both in our late 20's, so when we showed up at the house I half expected to never be spoken to again just for wasting time...Anyways, that was June 2016. We mentioned to Daneen that we were looking to buy in Spring 2017, but she showed us a few more houses in July anyways so that we could get a feel for the area and know exactly what we are looking for. We initially decided to build after not finding a house that truly fit our needs. Daneen helped us through the whole process and even arranged for us to meet with the builders, but unfortunately that didn't work out.We completely by chance happened to find our unicorn house and that was it. From then on, Daneen made everything run as smoothly as possible. When she says everything will work out, it will. Sometimes I am not sure how she makes it happen, but she certainly understands the business and how everything works. Also, her recommendations are truly amazing.
