ZillowVERIFIED Dane is very pleasant to work with. We were looking for a 2nd home in upper Michigan and was super flexible with his time to what we needed. He traveled many miles to show us homes we were interested in. If he was not available he would make every effort he could to find someone who could assist us. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with explaining how the process works and walked us through step by step. I would recommend Dane to anyone and know he would do the same for them!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Dane is a great agent. He made sure we understood the current market and the process of home buying with it being our first time. He sent us a great selection of homes and we only needed to go out twice before finding the home we ended up buying. He even rescheduled his day so he could take us out quickly for our second round because homes were going so fast. Good thing he did because thats the day we found our home! He was extremely responsive throughout the whole offer, inspection, appraisal and closing process. He also has great connections and we used his suggestions for the mortgage company and inspection company - both were great! He even reached out to a contractor friend who provided a rough estimate helping us feel better about the roof issue we knew we would encounter/find out more about in the inspection and have to fix in the near future. Dane is a great negotiator, great communicator and explains everything, gave sound advice and was always honest with us. We would highly recommend Dane for buying and selling homes.

He went well out of his way to make showings, meetings and especially closing.( was very sick day before closing and still drove 180 miles one way to make sure closing went smoothly). A lot of problems came up durning the process of our buying our new place and Dane was always on top of it all , making sure all was done correctly and with very miminal time on our part.
