My closing was pretty fast tracked. We were in the 11th hour when a cyber attack shut down our title company, but my adept agent Danan Powell and his team rallied and found another title company who was up to the task and got us signed and closed in time!! I started working with Danan in June 2023 and I closed August 2023. This was my second time purchasing a home and the second time doing it remotely (I know, very wild); I have to say this was the smoothest home buying process Ive been through. I've worked with Danan on multiple properties and just like other times he did a amazing job!
