This was my second time purchasing a home and the second time doing it remotely (I know, very wild); I have to say this was the smoothest home buying process Ive been through. I had a pretty tight window of opportunity from when Id need to move for my new position and I know I put a lot of pressure on Danan to find something and close within my timeframe, but de delivered! Danan was a great resource; he is extremely knowledgeable about Seattle and its surrounding areas which was very helpful as I was not. He helped me with the renovation, financing, pick contractors, finishes, etc and he was there every step of the way. After all the work was completed, he listed my home on the market and I received multiple offers after only being listed for 3 days! I accepted a cash offer $75k over list price.
