ZillowVERIFIED I would give 6 star rating for Danae if that is possible. Danae helped me buy my 2nd house in Phoenix, and I obviously can tell the huge difference between my previous agent (a young guy with a few years of experience in the field) and Danae (a truly professional and friendly agent). From the 1st day of contact with Danae to the closing date, it took only 1 month and I barely had to do anything because Danae took care of almost everything, from dealing with the seller agent, scheduling for general inspection, scheduling with more roof and pest inspections, buying home warranty, asking for repairs, hiring professionals to check sellers electrical repairs, etc. I still remember how much effort I had to do with my last agent: I had to schedule for inspection myself, I had to call the gas company myself for gas inspection, my agent did not even recommend me to ask seller to do repairs, etc What is worse is that I had to fly to Atlanta just do sign the closing, while Danae hired a notary agent to come to my house for the closing. Another point I like about Danae is that no matter how busy she is or what time it is during the day, she will respond to your messages or text within minutes or even seconds. She understand what buyers feel like when making big decisions. So give her a call, tell her what you like, she will take notes and understand exactly what you want, then relax; she will take care of the entire process from A to Z.
