Two other agents prior to her pretty much met with us and then backed thinking they'd need to invest a lot of time for an improbable sale. Danae was exactly the opposite. She was likely thinking the same as the other agents, but treated us with respect and pursued our sale professionally. By the way, we received an extra $25,000 for the sale than we ever believed we'd get for our $135,000 condominium.

ZillowVERIFIED I choose Danae based on a referal from friends that also used her to sell their property. After interviewing a few agents over the phone, I felt Danae was the most personable and knowledgeable of the three agents I interviewed. She was able to secure a buyer without even listing our property on the MLS and when a second offer came in, she was able to negotiate with the two potential buyers to secure us an even better deal than our asking price. After the contract was in place she was helpful throught the process and was always available by phone, text or email.

While that property didn't fit my needs, I was so impressed with her that I hired her as a buying agent! She was patient and very responsible. We reached out to Krantz and Associates on a Monday, Danae contacted us later that day and inquired about what we were looking for. The following day, Danae sent a list of properties that fit our wants, but there was one in particular that she felt was right for us. She said we would need to act fast because it wouldnt last on the market long. We set up a time on Wednesday to see it and by Thursday morning we put in an offer to purchase, competing with another buyer. Thanks to Danaes knowledge and guidance, our offer was accepted. She knew which condo complexes we wanted to be in, but nothing was listed at the time we started looking in Oct 2016. So, she started contacting everyone in those complexes to see if anyone was interested in selling. Coincidentally, on our way to the Ozarks (we live in central IL) to view other condos with her (on New Year's Eve), one of the contacts she made at our preferred complex, agreed to let us view their condo. We made an offer that day and after some negotiating, Danae sealed the deal! We closed on the condo Feb 17, 2017. It was her drive, creativity and time/effort in contacting all those condo owners that made the deal happen! My wife and I have done A LOT of real estate transactions over the past 30 years and in doing so, have worked with MANY realtors. Danae Cooper is BY FAR the BEST realtor we have EVER worked with!
