After a few weeks of searching, and with Danae at the helm, we closed on time on our dream home. We got to know Danae through a referral from another real estate agent. From the get go, Danae was always impressively on top of things and was able to work with us efficiently and effectively to meet our needs. A few of Danaes attributes that we appreciate the most are communication, experience, and relationship building. With communication, Danae was available to us through multiple channels (text, phone, and email) whenever needed. During offer and escrow it was especially helpful to get proactive communication from Danae and quick replies / updates on status changes. Danaes experience helped us greatly during the offer and escrow stages. Danaes industry knowledge was key to writing a strong offer in the ultra competitive market. After our offer was accepted, and escrow started, Danae kept us informed of the process and provided input on which areas we should really focus. Finally, Danaes ability to build strong relationships made working with Danae a competitive advantage. Review I really don't know how I can use words to justify how amazing and brilliant Danae is and how grateful and lucky I feel to have her. She is not only very professional and knowledge in her domain but also very kind, detailed orientated, works hard and smart! I got to know her through a friend of a friend's. The original words I heard from the friend were "I love her!", I just want to say, me too! I had been experiencing a huge seller's market while in need to buy a house soon. I cannot believe we just did it! Here is how superhero Danae came in to make it happen: As for house, everybody is cautious and has a set of standards. At the searching stage, Danae was very patient and spent a lot time to learn my needs and likes about houses. For the huge/hot seller's market, even book a tour time is challenging. Danae was working extra hard to get us into the showing game, so we could have a chance to take a look each house we liked. In each tour, Danae is so professional that she can always tell me what she spotted that need to be modified about the house, what is not ok, what she likes: ) It really helped me to learn about houses. So, as a first time home buyer, I had more opportunities to expose to different kinds of houses/issues/goods that helped me make decision on what I really wanted. For the offer process, it is even tougher. Danae was super patient with me as I did not know anything about different contingencies and how they worked. She was super patient and also very knowledgeable. She helped me find the best Lender I could ever had and got me locked at the lowest rate possible with a very timely manner which is super important under the market environment. So we had some advantage for the loan contingency. The seller's agent of the house I bought told me: you have a great and very professional agent, congratulations! One of the big factors that seller is tending to work with a NOT the best offer is that I had a very professional agent!! Thanks Danae! Even after the escrow is closed, Danae was still around to help me cope with different issues around the house. She really cares about everyone she works with I feel from my experience. I appreciate that a lot! Sorry for the long review. I am sure I still missed things that I wanted to share. Finding Danae as my agent to buy a house in this market was the best decision I've ever made! I cannot recommend her more to anyone that is in the same situation as I was: )

Review I honestly dont know where to start on this review but lets start with how fantastic Danae Aballi is as a realtor. What makes Danae standout? -Incredible Communication skills: she is always keeping you informed on latest updates, questions, ideas, etc. via email, text, cell - whichever you prefer. -Proactive approach to problem solving: Ive never worked with anybody - even in my work life - thinking big picture when it comes to whats in the best interest of her clients. She makes anything happen because she is competitive, caring and would move mountains if need be. -Optimistic but realist persona: we were buying and selling at the same time. We had a bad turn of events with a buyer dropping out last day of contingency removal so we had to relist. The sale of our home was going to allow us to purchase a home we fell in love in. We were down in the dumps but Danae pulled a rabbit out her hat and got us our dream home by selling ours in a weekend. The timeline of events seriously still amazes us how on we got the house. -Superior Negotiation Skills: very creative but logical way to negotiate. As I mentioned before, Danae is a realist and it proved to be the best way to negotiate as being transparent makes people trust you and it builds a mutual benefit for the buyer and sellers. -Schdule adjustments: she was patient with us and took us to see a lot of houses. We have a puppy and sometimes couldnt get home from work so she helped us with that. Shes a dog and animal lover. I could go on for a while but you probably would stop reading. Pick the best realtor in Orange County, I promise you you wont regret it.

A neighbor sent her to come talk to us about the process of putting the house on the market. She walked us through the process, never pressuring us. She made that process easy which took a big burden off us. Her and the team she works with, guide us the whole way. Even living out of state , the sell when processed with very little stress. I dont like high-pressure agents and Ive always preferred to do my own legwork. But something about Danaes calm and honest approach when showing the house convinced me to leave my name and number (a first!) I'm happy to say that she only called when there was a house that met my requirements and, even then, never tried to aEURoesellaEUR? me or influence my decision. We were relunctant to begin this journey, especially with a 3 year old in tow, but felt confident that we could navigate it successfully with Danae (& we did!). She is incredibly professional and an expert in her field. Working with her is like working with a friend. She is incredibly knowledgeable, super easy going and one of the most genuine people I have met. We had recently gone through what was, in our opinion, the worst realtor/broker experience with a completely different brokerage house (one of the biggest). She made sure that once we fell in love with the property, it was ours! This was a really difficult task considering the lack of inventory in E. Costa Mesa at the time that we were buying.Since purchasing our home, we have rented the property out to tenants.
