Jill was very helpful without being pushy in our home buying process, we were able to view homes and take our time without feeling pressure to make a decision. I respect her knowledge of the market as it pertains to what the houses in this area are worth and what we could list our house for it to sell quickly. In the end we found the house of our dreams and got into without a hitch, we also received a full ask offer on our home right after the first open house, we couldn't be happier! Although buying and selling is stressful, Jill made it as manageable as possible and always had our best interest in mind. I think her background in education makes her personable with all walks of life, I knew anyone who came into our home during the open house was going to feel welcome and not turned off with an overly aggressive personality. She also has a great crew of people at the HUB for references and help with second opinions, it also doesn't hurt that her husband is a professional photographer so your home pictures turn out amazing!

Della represents the best of the best! We had an estate house to sell; this type of sale brings a different type of circumstances. Through the process she kept us informed at all times of inquiries, open houses, private showings and gave us balanced feedback when offers came in. She helped us with some repairs that needed fixed and she had the contacts for us on these individuals who worked through the selling process to get them taken care of. Social media is a powerful tool to get interest in your property and she was very active in promoting the home. She took a stressful situation and brought us to the finish line getting it sold.
