Dana made it easy to sell our home while we moved. We lived a few hours away, but she made it super easy to fill out paperwork. She went out of her way to check on our property and let us know if anything was wrong. If there was, she would have recommendations or people we could contact to deal with any problems. She is also very knowledgeable about the area, and gave us great advice when negotiating. Whether you are moving away, or to the area, Dana makes it easy.

I had a good experience with Dana. She was very professional and friendly and responded quickly to any concerns regarding the sell of my home. She went over and beyond what I asked of her. She called multiple contractors for me, as I already moved out of state. She met with each contractors and went over their bids with me and the prices. She helped me negotiate any concerns the buyer may have had and she worked tiredlesslssy with the buyers agent. I was very impressed with Dana and would highly recommend her as a realtor to anyone looking to buy or sell their property. She is very knowledgeable on the laws and selling and buying procedures. Even though I was stressed out because it was my first time selling a home, she always greeted me with much needed friendly encouragement.

Dana worked with our company as a listing agent for one of the more challenging properties, we had to evict a tenant, deal with mold, deal with lender delays and issues, and much more hurdles that kept coming.
