We were from out of state and she kept us up to date on all that was going on in the area we were looking to purchase. West of 35 and North of 80. although she doesn't cover most of the area she would connect us with someone in the area that she trusted. She was very knowledgeable on the process for VA and only provided homes that looked to be VA loan eligible. Once we had a house under contract she kept the other realtor on task so as to complete the deal. Facilitated our closing at a Panera Bread in Loveland Co. Do we recommend her, ABSOLUTLY. Will we work with her again, ABSOLUTLY.
