When we called Dana to talk to her about listing our home with her, she came right over. It was another couple of weeks before we did the actual listing, but during that time she checked in periodically to see where we were in the process, and was very respectful in waiting on us. Then when we were ready she again came right over and walked us step by step through the process and was great to answer all our many questions. Because it was difficult coming up with a fair asking price she even arranged a broker open house so we could get input from other realty brokers! From there we were able to make the decision, it took 1-2 weeks until we had an offer, with Dana's help we waded through all the requirements, and we closed within several days! She worked very hard from start to finish and we couldn't be happier!!

My wife and I live overseas. We saw a listing pop up on a Friday and fell in love with it.
