ZillowVERIFIED If you are wanting the very best experience with buying or selling your house choose Dana Green to be your realtor. I have been in my house 34 years so I was completely clueless when it came to selling it. Dana was there to walk me through every step. She explained the process and answered every question without making me feel like an idiot. She called with frequent updates and gave plenty of notice for showings. She even made sure nobody let the cat out. In the end my house sold for more than I ever imagined it would, and much quicker than I thought it would. You won't go wrong if you choose Dana. ZillowVERIFIED Dana is wonderful! She held our hands through our home buying and selling experience. She knew I only wanted this certain house and she worked with us until we came to agreement with the sellers then she coordinated the sale of our house so we could buy and sell at the same time. She never got aggravated with all of the back and forth we did in negotiations. We were pretty sure our house would sell quickly, which it did, Thank you Dana, but I did not want any other house but this one, so I needed an accepted offer on the house I wanted before I would list mine. She was willing to take on the challenge and she managed it all and made it look easy. She knows everything that is on the market. I do not know how she does it, but she makes you feel like you are her only priority but you know she has other clients. She never makes you feel rushed or like you are interrupting. She returns calls right away if for some rare instance that she doesnt answer. She is on top of everything so you are not hit with any bad surprises. If a problem comes up she gets it fixed or has a suggestion of how to fix it and stays on it until it is resolved. She is such a pleasure to work with, always smiling and friendly. We love her and so thankful she does what she does. If we ever decide to buy or sell she is who we will call.
