ZillowVERIFIED I will start out this review with a huge WOW! Dana absolutely knocked this one out of the park. I first contacted Dana after reading through some of her many stellar reviews. I questioned if all of her 5 star reviews were accurate. Well the short answer is a huge resounding yes! She is all that and much more. After a sudden onset of declining health, my sister and I knew we had to be closer to mom and ultimately relocate her from North Tonawanda to Texas. To make matters much more complicated, this house sale involved a family trust. Through just a few long-distance calls to Dana, she had come up with a specialized strategy to sell my moms house quickly, with minimal disruptions, and at maximum sales price. The strategy worked perfectly. We not only sold my moms house in 6 days, but were able to close in about 45 days from my first communication with Dana. Throughout the journey, Dana was always available to our numerous phone calls, texts, and special requests to completely accommodate our needs. Dana was also extremely proactive in contact with several different people involved in the sale such as our trust attorneys, buyer, buyers agent and especially our family. I truly cannot say enough great things about Dana not only as our realtor but for her on a personal level. Dana has an extremely strong work ethic and demonstrated her integrity in all our interactions, a combination hard to find these days. A huge thank you to Dana on a job very well done!

When my husband and I decided to purchase a vacation home in WNY but live out of state, we knew we would need to find a realtor who would be open to a non-traditional approach. Dana was so very accommodating with a variety of communication modes to include FaceTime, group text messaging and emails. Her attention to detail was evident during the FaceTime virtual tours of houses, as she described the smells, creaks of floor boards, distinctive paint colors and so many other descriptors. We live out of state, so there were many challenges in thinking through what needed to be done to prepare the house for sale, including bringing some things up to code, staging the interior, working with local service providers, arranging for an estate sale, clearing things out of the house, having the house cleaned, dealing with the town and county, and many other potentially vexing issues. We interviewed several agents, and Dana stood out as the person we wanted to work with. We were not disappointed! Dana has an exceptional grasp of the Youngstown-Lewiston and Niagara County market, she had an excellent marketing plan, which she explained very clearly (and convincingly), she was incredibly responsive, and she presented the various offers in a concise way that presented the pros and cons of each offer. In addition, when we encountered roadblocks (e.g., dealing with having the sump pump brought up to code or finding, on short notice, someone to clear the house after the estate sale), Dana was able to solve the problemaEUR"with minimal effort required from us. We cannot think of anything she could have done betteraEUR"and that was especially reassuring given our remote location.
