ZillowVERIFIED This is part of a letter we wrote to Dave Ramsey: I have sold 7 houses including investment properties. I have never experienced anything like your ELP, Dana Carson. She staged the house nicely and it sold in less than 10 days. I couldn?t believe it. I knew a little work had to be done on the house. She lined up the contractors to get me quotes. The contractor was going to get paid out of closing. Unfortunately the Holidays kept causing delays and the closing had to be moved back until after Christmas. She fronted the $2000 to the contractor and said we could pay her at closing. Now, one would think this must be some piece of prime real estate. Dana did this for a $79k house. She went way above and beyond the call of duty and my expectations. Thanks for providing this service and giving us the opportunity to work with Dana.

ZillowVERIFIED I am in my early 20s and I have a great paying job but as soon as Dana saw me and showed me the house she had the attitude of This kid is not buying this house so Im not going to waste my time on him. I went and looked at the house and she basically pushed me through the house. She talked extremely fast and the walk through on the house was maybe 5 minutes. I had several questions to ask her about the house but she had me so angry that I didnt want to open my mouth because it would have gotten ugly so I just walked out of the house. If you want someone to answer all you questions and be willing to help you in any way DO NOT!!! go to Dana she was extremely rude.

She told us what needed to be fixed and the things we didn?t need to worry about. She even stopped us from spending thousands of dollars on an upgrade we had planned, that wouldnt help our sale.
