Dan and his team were absolutely fantastic! From the moment we met with him we knew that he would do everything he could to advocate on our behalf and we were not disappointed. Even though the Twin Cities housing market is hot for a certain size and price point, that is not the case for large houses in the suburbs. Dan and Derek appropriately helped us to manage expectations concerning the current market value of our house as compared with similar houses in the neighborhood. They also set a realistic expectation concerning the timeline for selling. Their market knowledge is extensive and they were spot on with both of their predictions. They did a fantastic job of staging, photographing, and providing a 3-D tour of our house which attracted almost 2000 views during the time on the market. During the five months our house was on the market, Dan updated us weekly and whenever we had a showing. He also provided his direct contact number for immediate availability when the occasion arose. I would not hesitate to wholeheartedly recommend Dan and his team to anyone considering buying or selling.
