He always remained calm and collected, reassuring us we could work through any aEUR~roadblocks, making sure he would be available for any questions for our sale. Since we were located out of the area, Dan went above and beyond and supported us when someone was needed to be on the premises by stepping in for us. This included signing for the close of the house in our place. Compassionate, calm, and professionally warm, Dan assisted in making the experience of selling the family home bearable during a trying time for our family. Not being from Pennsylvania, we didn't know much about the area or PA homes (basements, furnaces, etc), Dan's experience was extremely helpful and he was very honest about the homes we saw. Review Dan was the best realtor we could ask for! He always gave us a perfect list of houses to look at, and was available anytime we wanted to go look at them. When we would walk through he would always help point out both the good and the bad of the house, and suggestions on what we could do to fix things. Extremely knowledgeable about the ins and outs of house structures. And hes a super nice guy too!! Dan made the entire process fun and exciting for us!

He answered every question that we had, provided insight, and he even put up with my dads jokes while looking at the house. I was provided multiple recommendations and resources to assist with other portions of the home-buying process (mortgage, home inspection, etc.) from Dan as well. Review Dan was an excellent realtor. He sold our home in 4 days. I told Dan what I wanted to happen and he ensured me he would do his best to get my home sold timely. It was listed for 4 days and sold. Dan communicated all upcoming appointments in advance so I was prepared to be out of the home when potential home buyers came to visit. If there were any changes, Dan was quick to communicate the schedule to us in advance. The process went fast. Not only did this move fast, we received an offer above asking. We enjoyed working with Dan so much I gave him another listing for a commercial property I wanted to sell. I would HIGHLY recommend Dan.
