Dan is no exception. However, there are a few things that set him apart: The thoroughness of his comps was impressive. He is not content to compare a couple of houses in the neighborhood; he will research upgrades, updates, etc. so that you can price correctly. Then he will not limit himself to making suggestions about how to better show your house. He provides the services of a professional home stager to make your house as attractive as possible. But thats not all, he will also put you in touch with whatever service you might need, be it a handyman, carpet guy, plumber, etc. When it comes to negotiating, he will give you his honest and experienced opinion and advice. After our inspection, he quickly consulted with his team about prices and alternatives, helping us come back with a good counter offer. He keeps on top of things and kept us updated through the whole process. He was friendly and professional at all times. Again, he is the best realtor we have had.
