In the first two, he acted as buyers agent, and in this most recent one, he helped sell our sons condo in the town of Jackson. The condos interior had been well maintained, but an inspection found mold in the attic. The problem was deemed to be an expense which the POA needed to take care of. Thankfully, Dan took care of all the negotiations (of which there were many!) in dealing with the property management company and the POA in addition to bargaining with the buyers!
