Mr. Tomasi helped build Premier Coastal Development, a leader in work force housing, in San Diego county from 3 employees in 1997 to over 100 employees in 2006. The company bought and sold over 1,600 units in over 50 projects throughout San Diego County and Arizona totaling between sales and purchases over $733 million dollars in real estate transactions. Mr. Tomasi moved to San Diego from Florida after graduating from The University of North Florida where he was a double major in Marketing and Business Management. Mr. Tomasi resides in Rancho Penasquitos with his wife Julie and their daughters Mia and Kelsey.
