Dan & Lisa Shepard "The Shepard Team" Dan is the principal broker of All In 1 Realty Services, LLC and his beautiful wife Lisa Shepard runs the day to day operations of their company. Between the 2 of them they have over 20 years experience in the real estate business. Dan was great, he helped us through the entire process from start to finish. He explained things that we didnt understand as it was our first home. I would recommend them to anyone! Dan did not feel like a salesman and in fact told us the home will sell itself, he was just the tour guide.
