The Best Real-Estate Decision I Made To Date! I had two other well known real estate companies come and give me their estimates of the value and cost for them to list this property. Not only were both of their estimates of value for this property were $50k less, plus their commissions had been one to two percent higher. My gut feeling was to try one more real estate company. I had seen Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty web site. I gave them a call. I was put in touch with Victoria Litteral. Waiting for the same old hard sale from her, But that was not the case at all. Victoria went above and beyond my expectations. Victoria went out to the property with a fellow realter to get an ideal of the value of the property. Her estimate was more inline with the taxable amount minus the repairs the place may need. Not only was her estimate $50k above the other two realtors plus, Victoria was charging less commission which save me thousands. The property sold in three days and for the asking price as is! Victoria dealt with us four owners of the property with honesty and professionalism and went out of her way to be in constant contact till the end. Because of the distance of the property is to all of us and where her office is. We did all our communications either by phone, text or email. I can not say enough praises about Victoria in handling of the sale of this property. To sum this up. Victoria Litteral is the Best Realtor I have never Met!!!
