ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I were so lucky we drove by the sign that read Armando and Dan and decided to call. First off they answered the phone when I called so we were impressed right away. We had a challenging transaction with a special needs daughter that made showings a challenge to a solar lease to very challenging buyers. You get basically 2 realtors for the price of one. We mainly dealt with Dan but both realtors had so many connections to get our house fine tuned and ready to sell in 2 weeks. I cant stress enough how experienced realtors play such a crucial part in negotiating the price and terms. Dan flat out got us everything we wanted and way more. When time get stressful and nerve racking and Dan says just trust him, take it from us JUST TRUST HIM. he knows what he is doing and probably could be considered a licensed therapist after all was said and done. We thank Armando and Dan for everything they did for us. It was life changing!

I wanted to work with someone that was professional yet down to earth. Someone that wasnt going to speak over us but with us. Dan was that guy. Marketing was totally amazing. He pulled all the big guns out and moved quickly within our timeframe. Its a great feeling to see your home pictures for the first time and genuinely smile with how awesome they looked. We received an offer within 3 days. Some speed bumps throughout escrow but we confidently rode it out with Dan steering us through it. Looking forward to working with Dan and Armando again.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Dan was seriously the biggest blessing I could have ever had throughout this entire process. I shopped around for agents for a few months and was getting so frustrated at most of them. No one seemed to have a sense of urgency and get back to me promptly. I'm a New Yorker and I like to move fast! Dan was the only one who immediately replied to my initial inquiry, and before I knew it we were texting up a storm. A few days later he took me around and showed me homes that were promising against my wishlist with some extra ones that might work. As we would walk through he would take note of what things I felt strongly against (like tile countertops in the kitchen!) and then advise me on future ones I would request by letting me know that the home I wanted to see had my least favorite counters, just so I could know before heading there so he didnt waste my time looking at things he knew were dealbreakers for me. None of the other agents I saw houses with in various different areas cared enough to do that for me. I must have seen a million houses before seeing the one I ended up with. Dan knew as soon as I got there to meet him that I was going to fall in love with it, and sure enough I did! He knew because he is super attentive and understood truly what I was looking for. The last thing I wanted to mention is that I am a first time home buyer and a single woman. Talk about an intimidating process! I went from very little knowledge of the process to becoming a home buying pro with the guidance I was given. I never once felt like I was asking a stupid question or annoying him with my million text message questions (lol seriously a million)! He always came across as being happy to help me understand and that encouraged me to feel comfortable with asking any other questions I could think up. His guidance through the whole thing made me feel like I was in great hands and making an informed and smart decision. I cant recommend him and his partner enough! They made me feel welcomed to this town and helped me make the biggest decision of my life so faraEUR" and for that, they will have a client for life in me!
