ZillowVERIFIEDAbsolutely would recommend Dan all day long! I had another Realtor who I used on multiple houses, unfortunately he decided to move to Alaska. He referred me to Dan, but before he did I had connected with another Realtor. What a mistake that was, she supposedly was willing to work with me. ( I was a Realtor in New Jersey for over 30 years!) She did the listing and asked me to review the listing. I did and requested a few changes. They made some but chose not to do others. A week later after an open house I requested another change, she called me and very rudely said that she would make this change, but that is it, no more changes and if I wanted to use her I would have to deal with it or cancel the agreement. I said "cancel the agreement".! I called Dan and explained what had happened and he could not believe they were still in business! He came right over and was very professional. We took care of the listing, made a few adjustments over the next couple of weeks and he sold the property within 1 month! Dan did what we needed to do to get the deal done, he is an awesome guy and highly recommend him! Thank you Dan.aEUR?

Even though I was out of state, he was very attentive to me as a client and was very dedicated to finding me the house I wanted. He is very knowledgeable and has many years of experience with real estate. The whole closing process can be stressful, but Dan made it simple and easy by explaining everything each step of the way and enabling me to be pretty hands off with finding insurance, appraisals, inspectors, etc. Another thing to note is that he has many connections in the area and knows a lot of the other realtors which can help especially in a sellers market. When problems continually arose on the buyers side, Dan did everything but juggle manatees to get the deal done. And keep us calm! That wasnt always easy, keeping us calm that is, but Dan always returned calls and texts, kept us notified of any potential pitfalls and was the voice of reason at all times. The sale of our house was a very difficult proposition as it was built in 1936. Although our house was very old Dan made sure we received a very very good price for its age. Furthermore Dan Q navigated us through some very tricky issues at time of closing due to the age of the house. We attribute his success to his good reputation (other brokers could trust him), nineteen years experience of selling houses and his impeccable honesty. A first time buyer will feel very comfortable working with him and an experienced homeowner will quickly recognize his excellent skills and will not feel uneasy at anytime.
