ZillowVERIFIEDAbsolutely would recommend Dan all day long! I had another Realtor who I used on multiple houses, unfortunately he decided to move to Alaska. He referred me to Dan, but before he did I had connected with another Realtor. What a mistake that was, she supposedly was willing to work with me. ( I was a Realtor in New Jersey for over 30 years!) She did the listing and asked me to review the listing. I did and requested a few changes. They made some but chose not to do others. A week later after an open house I requested another change, she called me and very rudely said that she would make this change, but that is it, no more changes and if I wanted to use her I would have to deal with it or cancel the agreement. I said "cancel the agreement".! I called Dan and explained what had happened and he could not believe they were still in business! He came right over and was very professional. We took care of the listing, made a few adjustments over the next couple of weeks and he sold the property within 1 month! Dan did what we needed to do to get the deal done, he is an awesome guy and highly recommend him! Thank you Dan.aEUR?

ZillowVERIFIEDWe have used Dan 3 times hes been great each time both for buying or selling. He is a good lisoned and will show you only things that are as close to what you want as possible. Also he has lots of tricks to help make your property very sellable some may be in convent but well worth doing things his way . Dan will go above and beyond to be helpful to get the job done very pleased with everything he has done to make buying or selling a home a good thing
