He even met with us on a weekend to look at a house we were interested in building. He was the person we would go to with any questions and he was always able to help. When we couldn't get an answer from anyone else at Oevering; we knew we could go to him and he would help even if it wasnt something he typically dealt with. We were even dealing with a couple issues throughout the building process and even though he wasnt the one that needed to offer an apology for our troubles; he did. It always felt like he cared about our experience. He always responded quickly to emails, calls, and texts. We appreciated his partnership throughout the entire process. We went through prices and extra costs, which I questioned a lot of things and he was good about answering. He was very easy to communicate with and was good about finding answers if he didn't have them at the time of asking. As we are about ready to close on our house, he has done a good job about having paperwork together and organizing everything.
