We looked at over 20 houses seeking the right fit and we many questions along the way. He was happy to look at every house to examine our wants and needs. He also had answers for all our questions, if not from his own knowledge he had a source quickly at hand. Dan wasn't going to let us settle for a house that wasn't right or let us overpay for a house. We ended up getting a house that he negotiated well into our price range that was in our ideal location for work and in an excellent school district for our children. I had lined up another agent from Sioux Falls, but the other guy was a no show and when I called this other guy he didn't think he had time for me after I had taken the afternoon off work just to look at this property. So I called Dan, he was in the middle of something but he dropped everything and drove over to Brandon so I could look at this property. My first thought was "now this guy is someone with great customer service" I didn't know him, nor did I get a referral from someone that he or I knew mutually, but he was able to drop what he was doing to come show me this house. After we got done looking at the house, Dan found several other properties for me to look at until I found the one that I currently own. On closing day Dan was there along with my banker and the closing agent. There was a mix up in the amount of money that should have been added to the final closing costs and it was Dan that brought it to my attention that I was owed more money back from the seller. If he would not have been there, no one would have caught it and I would have been out about $2000. After about a week went by, I was at my new place and Dan stopped by to see how things were going and to drop off a gift card, some kitchen utensils, and a case of my favorite beer (yes I'm over 21 :) I will definitely use Dan in the future for any real estate properties that I maybe interested in. Dan is highly recommended by me, you will not be disappointed or find someone that will work harder for you!!
