He knows the comps better than anyone, because he probably sold them! He knows what buyers want in this corner of the market, because he has lived here for decades and interacts with the community every day. Dan has a well-oiled process that made the sale easy. He magically made most problems -- repairs, trash removal, and so on -- disappear within a day or so through his staff and contractors. Throughout, he was dedicated to a high level of service and communication, and was eager to get the best result.

Dan stuck with us and kept up his enthusiasm even when we were discouraged. When we found the house of our dreams Dan helped us navigate the complexities of a competitive bidding process and made sure that we put forth our best possible offer and provided us with advice that ultimately led to us winning out over 3 other offers. We have no doubt that if we had not had Dan on our side we would not have gotten our new house. But Dan didn't stop once we bought the house, he continued to see us through the entire buying process, helped with financing and answered many questions. Dan also helped us buy our first house and negotiate a great price. On selling -- Dan helped us sell our house in less than 10 days. ZillowVERIFIED I loved working with Dan Metcalf. He always made us feel like we were his only client, even when he knew we were "just looking" and wouldn't be able to actually buy a house until months later. We probably saw 60 houses with him. We never felt any pressure from him--in fact, sometimes he was a little too poker-faced until we starting probing him for his opinion--but it meant we never felt his recommendations were in the interest of anyone but us. He made the process of putting in an offer straight-forward, quick and easy. At one point we had spent time with him getting an offer ready, changed our minds at the last minute, and then changed our minds again REALLY at the last minute--he rolled with it all and was there when he needed us. Additionally, his knowledge of the extreme minutia of how houses are built and the entire process was vast, so we came to trust him very quickly. All of this plus he's a nice, pleasant guy who is very easy to work with. So, two thumbs up! Very happy with this experience.
