He was everything he was recommended to us to be and he had answers for all of our needs! His effective communication and timely responses were top tier! Even while he was on vacation he ensured to look out for our needs. He treated us very professionally and went the extra step to have a trusted partner be there for our builder/buyer walk-though while he was out of town. He never left us hanging or wondering if things were done properly. My biggest note to Dans character was that he listened to our asks in the beginning and he respected them the entire time he represented us. He never pressured us in any way but he made sure to present us with important information for us to think on while making important decisions. He also has a wealth of networking connections that were very useful for us after closing! He even helped us while we left town, the day after closing, just to ensure we got something done to our home that we wanted to happen prior to our move in! Dan is the man!
