ZillowVERIFIEDThe team of Dan Markus and Donica Bow were very professional and knowledgeable. I was referred to them by my parents who used Dan Markus to sell their house 20 years ago. They took my needs as the number one priority. Donica went above and beyond to find me a house in this crazy market. When I thought about giving up Donica assured me that she would help me find something within my budget and a house I would be happy with long term. As a first time home buyer, I was nervous and unsure of how the process worked but Donica was able to help me every step of the way. Because of Donica's persistence and hard work I was able to find a house within my budget! I would defiantly recommend the team of Dan Markus and Donica Bow. They both are amazing at what they do and amazing people!

ZillowVERIFIED I used Dan and Donica while selling a house from out-of-state. Every single step of the way they went above and beyond to provide great service! Even stopping by the house since I couldnt be there to check on things for me. I will definitely use their office for any future needs!

They went above and beyond and in the end we didn't just sell our home we made new friends. I would recommend this team to anyone looking to sell their home.

They initially listed my home at an inflated price. It sat on the market with zero offers for 7 months. During that time, they revised the listing 3 or 4 times and reduced the price by $20,000. The market for all homes was really depressed at the time, but I believe that if their estimate had been based on actual sales prices (not the listing price) for their comps, the house would have sold much sooner.. They were very responsive to all questions and handled the paperwork expertly.

Dan and Donica were the absolute best. Everything was done in my absence since I actually live in another state. Ordinarily that would have made it very difficult for me, but they made each step of the process as smooth as possible. I was completely informed during every phase of selling my property. This was a truly good experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Dan was very helpful in selling my mothers residence. Dan had a contract on the home in 3 days. Dan displayed a level of professionalism that we have not seen in the Edmond Market. The whole process went very smoothly.

ZillowVERIFIED Dan met with me , looked at the house, compared neighborhood comps, and realistically set a good listing price. It must have been---because the house sold in 17 days! The closing went smoothly with no unexpected charges or figures. Dan was very professional and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him for your realty needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Very pleasant. Helped in every step. He got us in touch with the people to do the work to get the house prepared to sell. He gave us advice on things to do. His assistant kept us updated with showings in plenty of time to be prepared for the appointment. We were sent reviews after visits. The sale went smoothly and Dan kept us prepared. They helped us to close early so we could get on the road to our new home which helped a lot. He did not talk down to us just gave us advice. He had sold my son's house a few months before so that is why we used him. We had a lot of traffic and a very big open house. He kept us updated with the virtual tour we received weekly. The pictures on the internet of the house were very flattering to our home. I know that was the reason for all the traffic. It was a good experience.

ZillowVERIFIED I enjoy looking at houses and always check with Dan when I find something particularly interesting. Dan quickly schedules a showing and typically arrives with information on comps. One of my favorite things about Dan is the way he looks over each property, inside and outside. He doesn't sugar-coat anything, either. Then he offers reasonable estimates of the costs we might expect would be required to improve the house and add value. Dan can also recommend excellent bankers and contractors.

ZillowVERIFIED Since 1993, Dan has handled for us, 1 lease property, 2 home purchases and the sales of those homes. Most recently (2012) he handled our purchase of our present property. We would not consider using any other person to handle our property needs, because not only are my ratings above honest, but I can say that over the years, Dan has become a good friend.
