ZillowVERIFIEDI would highly recommend Dan Kruchko to anyone needing an excellent real estate agent. Dan is very knowledgeable in real estate matters and a great person. He was very patient during the entire process of looking and buying a property. His knowledge of the local market was admirable. He was extremely helpful in negotiating an excellent deal which put my best interests first. Dan made the entire process seamless. Dan even continued attending to our every need even after the closing. Dan clearly exceeded all our expectations and went above and beyond throughout the process. Truly an outstanding realtor. Thank you Dan!!

ZillowVERIFIEDWe could not be happier with our experience working with Daniel Kruchko. His expertise in the local market was matched by his expertise in many aspects of the purchase of property and building. Dan worked quite patiently to find the properties that would suit our needs and requirements. His knowledge was crucial in locating and assessing what would be the best fit for our plans. Without his masterful negotiating skills, we could not have purchased the property, not to mention that at every step of the way, he kept our interest in the forefront and worked tirelessly to achieve this outcome. He coordinated every aspect, kept us continuously informed, and responded immediately to every question and concern. Dan is a pleasure to work with and we feel quite fortunate to have been able to collaborate with someone of his caliber through, at times, what could have been an overwhelming process. Debby
ZillowVERIFIEDDan did an amazing job on the listing of my home, and we sold well over market value thanks to his experience with negotiations. Highly recommend if you need a responsive , professional agent in your corner!
ZillowVERIFIEDDan was very patient and accomodating with our schedule as we had to travel from the Chicago suburbs to view listings in Wisconsin. He showed us at least 30 homes over the course of 6-8 weeks and walked us through the offer process through closing. Recommended an excellent home inspector who also had great follow up. Dean was available via phone, text and email and we were able to speak with him day and night and on weekends. Highly recommended!!!!
