ZillowVERIFIED Dan took on our home listing after over a year on the market. We met him at one of his open houses. At the time we were listed with an agent friend of ours and were very clear that we had no intention of changing agents. Even so, he spent a considerable amount of time discussing the Homer Glen area as well as our own home. He was never pushy and showed no intention to sway us in his direction. When we were ready to try a different approach Dan met with us. The drone photos of our home were a huge help. We had an interested contingent buyer within 10 days. A noncontingent offer from another buyer came in less than 50 days later. Despite not having any fiscal involvement with the purchase of our new home Dan offered to help in any way he could. Going above and beyond, Dan retrieved a left behind item from our previous home and hand delivered it to us in our new place. It was a pleasure working with Dan! 3/1/21 update- weve not moved since my last review, but we have been invited to many community events sponsored by the Dan Kenney Group. He isn't going to put your house in the MLS and disappear for 6 months hoping something will happen. ZillowVERIFIED Dan was my third Realtor in trying to sell my home. It had been on the market some time with no offers, even though it is a nice home with a large, wooded lot. It sold in a couple of months with Dan, actually getting two offers. I know that he has done this before, as well. The reason is that, unlike the previous Realtors, he both put considerable effort into selling it and also made good decisions about marketing it, for example in getting an aerial view that emphasized the woods, having several open houses, and getting it featured in the local paper.As a person I find Dan to be both capable and ethical.
