At our age & because of health issues, we decided it was time to down-size. It was a hard decision because we have so many great memories here. Whenever we drove down our driveway, we felt the peace of the Lord. We had 13 acres with a main house, guest house, two garages & other buildings & amenities. It was unique but many people told us it was going to be difficult to sell, especially with two houses only 100 apart. Derek Williams represented Dan Holt & came to view the property. After looking at everything, he said, aEURoeYes, this property is unique but it is the job of our company to find a unique buyer for this & we will. He impressed us with his confidence. He carefully explained the listing process & we signed the listing agreement. Charlie Greer, the listing coordinator called us the next day to offer her help. She is a amazing photographer. The 100+ pictures looked like our house could be featured in any great decorating magazine!
