ZillowVERIFIED Dan was extremely helpful. we were moving from different state so we were lookign online for listings and we asked Dan to help arrangin the visits. Dan arranged everything during our short trip for house hunting, and it went smoothly even with two kids. We toured around 20 houses in 3 days, and went back for a second visit to our short list !!!!!! Dan provided detailed information for houses and neighberhoods, he knows the town really well and was able to answer all of our questions and provides us with valuable tips and advices, which was great for first home buyers. He did an awesome job in negotiating offers and closing. He also helped with arranging things after the closing, when we still out of state, he made multiple visits to our new house for inspections and checked that everything as it should be, and on top of that, he was there for different moving and utility services before our arrival. We love our new house, but if we had to do it again, God forbid, it will be with him for sure.

Constantly went away for the weekend. Only wanted to have one hour open house. All in all a very lack luster performance as though he was working for the buyers instead of us. Even suggested we do our own open house.

Not persistent enough to be annoying (there is nothing annoying about Dan) but persistent enough that he actually found the perfect buyer before we had officially listed it for sale! I have never know an agent like Dan and am not sure there could be one. He not only had suggestions to make our property more sellable, he actually physically helped make those suggestions reality. He consistently went way above and beyond what we expected from an agent. Any snag in the transaction that was encountered was met with "It is what it is" and a workable solution was found. He even pointed out flaws with the different homes he showed us that we might not have noticed. We looked at nearly a dozen homes and we never felt like Dan was trying to sell us on anything but rather find the house that was right for us. Once we found the ideal home Dan was amazing in guiding us through the process of buying our first home. Dan demonstrated excellent communication skills and made the process go very smoothly.
