ZillowVERIFIEDDan was absolutely great to work with. He helped us find a house 3yrs ago and made the buying experience super simple. Because of that we trusted him with selling our house as well. Both experience were great. He kept us informed, and explained everything in a way that made it simple to understand. Do not hesitate to work with Dan.

ZillowVERIFIED Dan is the definition of a true professional. He facilitated everything from our home buying, renting out process, and selling journey. Dan believed truthful and immediate communication, my wife and I never had to wonder what was going on. After we initially bought our home in 2019 up until we recently sold, Dan stayed in our lives. His dedication didnt stop after contracts were signed and things were finalized. Every storm, Dan was the first one to check in with us and make sure we were okay first and then offered to do everything in his capacity to help out with our home if we needed anything. It was truly a pleasure to work with Dan and it will truly be a pleasure for anyone else who works with him. We will definitely be using Dan again for our future realtor needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Dan French is the most amazing real-estate agent we have ever worked with! My wife and I were very nervous about the selling process; we called Dan up and he immediately put together a port-folio of our house and how much he estimated what we could sell it for. Dan told us exactly what we needed to do to prepare our house for sale and arranged help to fix and repair everything needed to ensure the house was in top shape. Dan French always went out of his way to answer all of our questions and put us at ease with the process. We ended up getting well over the asking price for our home and sold it within 3 days of it being listed! Dan will always have my deepest gratitude for selling our home and being so wonderful to us and helping us every single step of the way! Dan French has my highest recommendation to sell anyone's house!!

ZillowVERIFIED Dan worked hard to assist us with the purchase of our new home. His recommendations were excellent....everything from a mortgage company to a closing attorney. He was tireless in his efforts to communicate with us, work on weekends, after hours, and since we were out of state, he assisted us virtually,, via the internet.

ZillowVERIFIED This man probably showed us 100 houses (ok, exaggeration) but he showed us a lot. We went with the home we were already living in. (Renters with the option to buy) some mishaps happened and that fell through. He showed us about 5 more. Found the one I loved!!! ???? He was there every step of the until the very end! Even through losing delays and me scribbling my name as fast as I could at closing, so it could just be done and over with!! IF.. and big if after having to move, I decide to buy another house..I would definitely use Dan! Although he may ignore my phone call because my husband and I were not eye to eye in what we wanted and we were probably ONE of the most difficult clients he has ever had!

ZillowVERIFIED Dan was an amazing person to work with. Very responsive with everything and very knowledgable. Dan is also very honest and tells you things the way they are, not sugar coated. He listened to our needs and was present during all the major meetings, inspections, and appointments. As first time buyers he helped us with the process by explaining everything from start to finish. Great personality, a true Texan demonstrating the meaning of southern hospitality. I absolutely would recommend him to any friends or family of mine buying a house down here.

ZillowVERIFIED Great guy! Dan really fought for us and negotiated us a great house at an amazing price. He was always kept us up to date with what we needed to know without overwhelming us with jargon or process or things we just didn't need to know. Dan knew all the red flags to watch out for and had great advice for making offers. Dan also has a great list of home inspectors, mortgage brokers, attorneys, and so on who were just as professional and reliable as he is. We never had to wait long for answers and information. Dan was always accessible and was always willing to make the trip out of town to see our properties, even when his presence wasn't strictly necessary. Above and beyond!

ZillowVERIFIED Dan was so helpful in the home buying process. I feel really lucky that i met Dan and you will be too. I was on my way to look at a house and i found 2 more that i wanted to look at while I was headed my way to meet him. By the time I arrived 10 min later he already had locked on showings for the other 2 houses so we could see them right after. He fought for me when the seller was being difficult. He took away my stress and got me what I requested. Go with DAN you will be happy you did.

ZillowVERIFIED Dan French helped us secure the winning offer for our dream home at a moment's notice! I still don't know exactly what magic he worked; all I know is that we'll be forever grateful! Dan facilitated a smooth transition as we closed on our new home. He has also been a wonderful selling agent, now that our former home is on the market. He took stunning photos of our home! You simply could not ask for a more dedicated and helpful realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED Dan is a great realtor and made the home buying experience a little easier. He came out on to appointments at the house and times where we couldnt, and doesn't mind getting a little dirty. He even crawled under the house with the inspector to get his own look around! Dan is an awesome realtor who became a friend after we bought our house.

ZillowVERIFIED 23 Years as a Navy SEAL and moving across the nation from San Diego, CA to NC to buy my retirement house. Not an easy task but with the professionalism and incredible responsiveness to every call I made and email sent, Dan made things SO easy. Not to mention the reality check. Homes we wanted to look at, he streamed live video to us in CA; impulsive and emotional decisions made, he was trustworthy and gave very sage advice to us even if we had stars in our eyes; he even worked outside his scope to speed the process along to get the right house at the right price. I highly recommend Dan and I am not not in the business of giving praise undeservingly. Mark L.

ZillowVERIFIED Dan did everything he could possibly do to make a dream come true for me. He was responsive to what I needed. I told him exactly what I was looking for in a house and he found it for me. He went above and beyond a normal realtor's efforts from start to closing, explaining every step of the way what to expect next. I hope to never have to use a real estate agent again, but if I do, it will be Dan French. If you are looking to buy or sale, do yourself a favor, let Dan help you. You will be satisfied.

ZillowVERIFIED Dan used multiple sources of advertising our home to include realtor listing sites and social media to include Facebook. He ensured realtors and buyers alike saw our home as soon as we were ready to list with the photos he uploaded. Estimates were done to recommend initial asking price along with recommended areas to concentrate upgrades to help market our home. We had a full price offer in less than two weeks. Highly recommended as he will work to ensure your home is marketed to its potential and negotiate on your behalf to get the money your home is worth.
