Review I came to know Liz through Elam real estate and the process of buying our new home has just been phenomenal with her. She has done mostly back office work on our file and her communication skills, attention to detail, follow up, response time and coordination of home showings and coordination of communication to others in the process have really made an otherwise burdensome process, a stress free and efficient way to communicate. My husband and I even went way out into the country side to view homes where there was no cell service and she was able to connect us to the realtor by phone when we all lost GPS service. Liz is really such a pleasure to work with and has such a bright and upbeat personality. I recommend her 10/10.

He was focused specifically on what I was looking for and was proactive in removing hurdles for both the sale of my existing home and purchase of a new home. Review We couldnt have asked for a better realtor than Jacob Elam! From start to finish, Jacob was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional throughout our entire home-buying process. He knows the real estate market extremely well and was always willing to answer our questions, explain things clearly, and make sure we understood everything along the way. One of the things that impressed us the most was how well Jacob negotiated with the sellers agent. He truly went to bat for us and worked hard to make sure our requests were met. He was able to get the sellers to agree to everything we were asking for, and we always felt like he had our best interests in mind. What really showed us what kind of person Jacob is, though, was what he did after closing. Our new home is over an hour away, and Jacob was kind enough to help us move some of our things into the house after we closed. He didnt have to do that at all, but he went out of his way to help us. He even stayed and hung out with us for a little while afterward. It was something we genuinely appreciated and will never forget. Jacob is not only extremely knowledgeable and great at his job, but he is also a genuinely kind, humble, and down-to-earth person. He made what could have been a stressful process feel much easier, and we always felt like we were working with someone who truly cared about us rather than just making a sale. Right from discussing the listing of my property, to getting it ready for showings, setting up the open houses, communicating both ways, with buyers' agents and me, he has been so professional and courteous! He is very knowledgeable about the local housing market, and has a great attitude, was always ready to help and work out any issues that came up. He always provided prompt feedback if he had any, after showings. This time also I was out of state during all the showings and for closing, and he made everything go smoothly again.
