ZillowVERIFIED Dan is a great agent who's super knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and really cares about his clients. He helped us buy our first home this spring, and despite the tough market, he took us around to many open houses every weekend. With some of the houses, he pointed out issues that we never would have considered. He also helped with our unique requirements, including having enough backyard space to build an ADU. We put in offers on 3 houses before we got one, and he was very responsive and fast each time. He helped us strategically negotiate the offer on the last house, and we ended up getting a great deal on it. Once we were in contract, Dan continued to help us out by personally fixing a couple of small things around the home and arranging for the right specialists to make repairs before we moved in. Overall, Dan constantly went way above and beyond and worked hard for us, even putting together offers past midnight multiple times. We are so happy to have gotten to work with Dan and his wife, and to count them as friends even after our home purchase.

ZillowVERIFIED This is a long pending feedback for Dan. From the time we moved to our last townhouse, we have seen Dan Do's name popping up all the time. We also received great feedback from a friend who sold his property with Dan Do. So when it came to selling our property, contactingDan was a no brainer.From the very start Dan was a man on mission. We gave him our requirements and he provided us with estimated time lines, the comps and all other details within 24 hours. The following day he arranged for inspections and painters to touch up almost the entire house. The day after was cleaners and carpet deep wash. The next day he arranged for a photographer and voila! within 3 days the house was on market with some great pictures. Fourth day the pamphlets were ready and the open house was scheduled for the weekend. With some great work, Dan managed to evoke enough interest that we received an offer on Day 6. In a week, Dan managed to help us sign an offer. WE SOLD OUR HOUSE IN A WEEK! And he arranged for almost everything and we didn't have to pay a single dollar, all covered by Dan.Now, the awesomness of how much help Dan was to us does not stop with this. Dan has some of the best contacts. Any house need, Dan knows a person. Painters, handyman, electrician, cleaners, HVAC you name it and he has a connection. From the start to the end the experience with Dan was smooth and easy. Every step he knew what needed to be done and our trust in him just kept building up. He prevented fires by seeing or anticipating them before they happened. He knew all the right people to call for major or minor repairs and if they were an immediate crisis he did them himself. He is personable, friendly, businesslike, efficient organized and on top of his trade. He replied to every call and text within minutes. He never dodged an issue or tuff question. We did not buy that property, but we liked Dan's easy going personality so we asked him to go with us to view other properties on the market. He helped us by our home in 2009. Back then, we had our own loan officer, so Dan was not as involved in getting us a loan.Fast forward to 2013. We saw how the market was starting to pick back up, so we too the opportunity to move into a better neighborhood for our children. We literally decided to list our home with Dan on a Thursday night, and had two offers on Monday. We accepted one of the offers, and soon after began our search for a new home. Dan was always patience with us. He was very knowledgeable about the areas we wanted to live. He always knew what schools were in the area and their scores. Even when we would just throw out random areas. Dan eventually helped us get into a home in a great neighborhood with great neighbors. It took us a lot longer to buy a new home than it was to sell our old one, but it was all worth it in the end.The second time we used Dan, his wife Kristine helped us with the loan. At the time, she worked for one of the big banks that we actually wanted to get our loan through, but she went through another loan officer to help us get the loan sooner and at a lower rate.If I had to say anything negative about my experience with Dan, it would be that he tends to be a little late when it came to meeting us at properties we were viewing. But when it came to important meetings, we was on time.We love our new place so much that we may not need Dan again, but if we are in the market for a new home, I would definitely use him again.

As this was a Short Sale transaction, I was paranoid after reading all the horror stories about Short Sales. Dan gave us timeline of short sale transaction and boy he was right on money. He finished the whole transaction atleast 23 days in adavance. During the negotiation process he was amazing and I was very happy with the price I paid- My home appraised for $45,000 more than what we paid. We were not expecting such a smooth, and stress-free home buying experience. Dan is savvy, personable and knows the market inside and out.
