Many of us have bought and sold multiple properties with Dan. I have not had or heard of one glitch with Dan. If there was, it was handled with out putting the stress on his clients. Dan has become a friend and though we are 1300 miles away now we hope to pop in and see him whenever we're up on the Oregon Coast and hope maybe to see him in our new neck of the woods when he tires of the rain in the winter on the coast.

ZillowVERIFIED Dan was the first realtor I met. One meeting and I knew he was the realtor for me. He took time explaining the different areas and after we discussed what my needs were he got right on it and soon we found the right home for me. I could call him anytime for any reason and he was and he was always kind and helpful. The mortgage company I worked with kept messing things up and Dan was supported me threw it all. Now that I am a home owner he is still someone I call for things like a plumber or window and door upgrades. He will give several names and that is important in such a small town. I would recommend Dan for anyone who wants a great relator that is always there for you.

ZillowVERIFIED We have been looking to buy a vacation home in Bandon for about a year. Our first experience with Dan was about nine months ago when we called him on short notice (hours) to show us a home. He was very responsive and accommodating, within a few hours we were touring the property. Dan was very knowledgable about the home as well as the market and answered all our questions even though it was quickly apparent that home was not for us. Several months later we contacted Dan again, together we created list of six more properties that met our criteria. Dan arranged for us to view all properties on a single day. Once again he was very knowledgeable (clearly had researched the properties) and was able to answer nearly all our questions. Those he was not able to answer, he did additional research and gave us the answers in a day or two. Dan listened to our assessments of the properties we viewed and also offered his own. Soon, It became very clear that one of the home was "the one". With Dans help we made an offer that was accepted. Sometimes this is when the real-estate agent disappears, however this is when Dan really stepped up and helped us immensely. Dan facilitated getting the home inspections done, helped gather all needed documents for closing, coordinated meetings with our contractor, and helped manage the transfer of utility accounts into our name. Dan is a true "real estate professional" and I highly recommend him to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Dan was recommended to me by a local. The friends l was with and l dropped into his office and had a great chat and got a bunch of info on the area and land parcels to look at. We kept in touch (l live 6.5 hours drive from Bandon) and eventually I bought an acre of land there and a couple years later a rental house. We spent a lot of time together and he guided me through all of the bumps in a timely, personal way. Recently he helped me sell the acre. He is a very good person to work with and a good person in general.

We contacted Dan Cirigliano as we started our internet search from home for property in the Bandon area. He helped us narrow our search down before every actually meeting him. When we returned to Bandon he went out with us and and showed us the property that we liked and some he felt we would like. With all that information we went home and started sorting thing out.
