ZillowVERIFIED At this point, Dan has helped us buy two houses and sell one. I wouldn't even bother calling anyone else; Dan is the person you need. The best way to illustrate it is this. When we first came to the St Louis region, he helped us find a house we liked, we put in one offer and got the house on the first trial. Years later when we decided to upgrade, again one offer, and we got the house we wanted. When we sold the other house, it stayed on the market two days. Here is the thing about Dan, he has an amazing ability to put himself in others' shoes, I think, which makes him a really great guy to begin with. This is the second time I have worked with Dan for a home purchase, and I'm still so impressed by his knowledge and his skills at navigating the search and eventual closing on a home. The first time I worked with Dan was several years ago. And I was impressed with him then. But the market back then was not the same as it is now for a buyer. Now if you find the "perfect" home, there's a chance that several other buyers find it perfect as well. Dan skillfully handled the current market as it is, helped us make competitive offers, and kept us focused and calm when the "perfect" homes slipped through our fingers. He kept us on track and never gave up on us finding the house that was perfect for us. Even when we were discouraged, he reminded us to remain patient and had faith that we would find the right house. Throughout the whole process, Dan showed us multiple homes and went over each one of them with us thoroughly, looking for potential issues (i.e., in the foundation or plumbing system) that may arise if we were to own the home.
