ZillowVERIFIED This is my first review ever, but I couldnt pass up the opportunity to share my experience! Marisol at The Penn Team exceeded my expectations in every way. When I first set out to lease our condo in Florida, I had never been through the process and had countless questions. Marisol patiently guided me through each step, making everything clear and manageable. Since we were out of state, the process could have been challenging, but Marisol went above and beyondaEUR"not only helping us prepare the condo for renters but even securing quotes from vendors for moving and storage options. She was consistently responsive, whether by phone, text, or email, and I never had to follow up or remind her about anything. Over the past two years, she has helped us lease our condo twice, each time finding renters quickly and seamlessly. Her industry expertise, professionalism, and dedication made the experience effortless, and I highly recommend Marisol and The Penn Team for any real estate needs. Working with her was an absolute pleasure, and I always felt confident that we were in great hands.

ZillowVERIFIED The words that come to my mind when I think Damon Penn Team are superb, outstanding and WOW what a team of excellence. My best friend recommended Damon to me and he not only showed up, but he wowed the socks off of me. He came with a team that are the best of the best. The selling of my house was seamless. I had over 30 offers on my property in 5 days. This is the "A" team you would want on your side. They are trustworthy, kind and I felt safe putting my property in their hands. When I worked with the rest of the team they were all one voice. A special thanks to Matt, Sharon and Faith. I would recommend if you need to buy or sell a property reach out to the Damon Penn Team. ZillowVERIFIED Our experience with Matthew was truly a pleasure. As a first time home buyer I tried to educate myself as much as possible, however, there we still many question I had. Matthew was able to explain the full process in detail. After our first zoom call to speak about what we were looking for in our home he was able to quickly book 6/7 properties our first day. He was always on top of appointments, very responsive, and patient. I would highly recommend Matthew and The Damon Penn Team/Keller Williams.
