We were in town for a limited amount of time and unfortunately we were not under contract when we left. Damon continued to look for us by doing virtual walk-throughs. We had total trust and confidence in him and we were able to buy a house. Damon did our pre-closing walkthrough as well. After closing we finally made it to see the house ourselves and it was even better than what we thought, and he got us a great price. If youre buying in Pensacola area hes the realtor you need.

I actually worked with Damon via online services for over 2 years as I was looking for a second home in Pensacola. We were looking from Maryland, so depended on getting information online. I chose to work with Damon because out of many realtors I contacted, he was ALWAYS prompt to respond, gave me information I asked for and needed and NEVER pressured me. He never lost patience with me and continued to provide me personalized information as often as I asked for it. When we finally found a place that both my wife and I liked, Damon worked with us step by step to ensure it was what we thought it was and did a video walkthrough with us, since we could not be there in person. He worked with us for the mortgage, inspection, insurance, closing, etc. basically staying by our side each step of the way. ZillowVERIFIED Damon did a good job in selling our place for us. We actually sold the house for 30K more than we initially thought we would get, and it sold in under 30 days. There was a slight issue with communications the first 2 days after hurricane Sally hit the area, but that?s understandable. He also help us with not having to do a bunch of home repairs related to both VA & FHA regulations. I would use Damon again if I need a real estate agent in the future. Good job Damon. ZillowVERIFIED What can I say about Damon, except that he was perfect! Immediately answered every phone call, email, text, request for information, etc. Quickly but thoughtfully and carefully negotiated a deal that was excepted by the owner. Tighten up all loose ends on both sides, and we had a fair and executed contract in our hands in a couple days. All this while he was on vacation! And he wasnt even my agent! The deal ultimately did not close and I knew this would probably put Damon in an uncomfortable position with the owner...Still he handle that situation skillfully and with class and we had our earnest money returned in 2 days. Like I said PERFECT!

ZillowVERIFIED Connected with Damon thru Zillow. I was interested in Gulf Shores/Orange Beach/Perdido Key, beach front property for a rental investment. Damon spent a lot of time with me, showing me properties and (with me being from out of town), sent me many current and new listings over a 3 month period. Essentially it was a learning experience for me, so that when the right property came onto the market I was able to recognise the deal. Since the closing Damon has continued to be of service offering suggestions of who to use for renovations and maintenance. Truly service before and after the sale. He deserved 90% of the commission paid! Damon will be my go to guy for any future real estate transactions in that area in the future. Looking back, many of the units I looked at sold for right at where Damon said they would (months later), again reinforcing the proof Damon knows this market! Originally, I wanted to stay under 250K, but realized, to get the kind of property I would be happy with, I needed to spend more and ended up with a great deal for under 350K. Im very happy and the rentals are going great! Thanks Damon!!

ZillowVERIFIED Ive bought 3 houses and sold 1 using Damon as my Realtor and I have no need to use anyone else. He works hard to get me info fast when I need it even though Im not a big money guy. Hes not pushy but gives me good advice and always makes the time to swing by somewhere and show me a house. When he puts together the paperwork for me to sign, its always together and proper, and if there are any problems hes real quick to get it redone so that there are no problems (which is a great stress reducer). ZillowVERIFIED I met Damon in Oct of 2013. I gave him very specific areas we would like to purchase a home in. Within 24 hours he sent me a response of about 20 homes. All of the homes fit our criteria to a tee. We picked 5 from the list and were viewing them within the next couple days. We feel in love with the very first home we viewed but still visited the next four, just to make sure. The next couple days Damon had a contract written up and sent it to us electronically. We were on our way to owning our very first home!!! Then we found out we had some issues getting a mortgage loan. Damon continued to work with the sellers agent so we could extend the contract on our dream home. After 2 contract extensions our mortgage loan was on track and we were ready to close! Then, issues came up with the sellers mortgage. Damon made call after call to get things moving. We finally closed on January 24th. We are now in our dream home and could not be happier!
