ZillowVERIFIED Damiens attention to detail was outstanding. From our first meeting he assessed the current market value of the home based on similar comps in the area. He was quick to have professional photographs taken of the house which highlighted all the features that make it so unique. He listened to our ideas and implemented them when he could, in order to assist with a quick sale in 28 days from the listing date to signing a contract for sale. Damien constantly communicated with my brother and me via text, was available for questions, concerns and assisted us greatly in the process. We are happy with his expertise and helping us negotiate the accepted price based on the market value. Thank you for making what could have been a difficult process considerable easier. We appreciate all your hard work to get it done!

ZillowVERIFIED Damien is one of the nicest people I have dealt with. Since I do not live in NY, many a times he helped me getting things from the apartment sent to me or taken care of. He stayed with me for almost 1 1/2 years when the Coop board denied two buyers with patience to help me sell the unit. He was present at the closing and he helped me there too and even after the closing. I will recommend Damien to anyone who comes to me looking for a realtor in that area.

ZillowVERIFIED Damien was recommended to me by a neighbor. Having bought/sold four homes in my lifetime, I had never had a repeatable positive encounter with a real estate agent. Damien totally changed the game. He was professional, supportive, informative, and genuinely sincere throughout the whole process. He handled the sale of my elderly aunt?s house for me, as I live out of state. Smooth sailing the whole way through. Just wish he could practice in Maryland!

ZillowVERIFIED Damien did a great job for our family, and I would wholeheartedly recommend him as a real estate professional. He is a champion in working for the seller. My siblings and I sold a home which belonged to my parents. Damien knew the neighborhood and values of homes in the area. He was able to get us offers right out of the gate. When one offer fell through, he was able to provide several backup offers. He helped shepherd the deal till closing and communicated with our attorney, lender, buyer?s agent, and me until the deal closed. Damiens work reflected his experience, his persistence and ability to serve the needs of all parties involved. If you are thinking about working with him, I highly recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED Damien Coleman, DAC properties, was very professional and responsive. He listens and understands what you need to accomplish. We reside in North Carolina, and we were looking to sell a house in Center Moriches, Long Island. We did a little research and found a diamond named Damien Coleman. Damien will never know how much stress he took off our shoulder. He asked questions, understood what we were seeking, and led the way. If we had questions or concerns, he immediately listened and provided suggestions. He is a trustworthy realtor, and he treated us as team members. I would highly recommend Damien Coleman if you sell or even purchase a home. He is timely, responsive, knowledgeable, and understands what it means to get from effectiveness to greatness. Thank you, Damien Coleman, for answering questions that pertained to the sale and questions that had nothing to do with the sale. You are a book full of knowledge. Sometimes that extra knowledge outside of realtor experience can help someone more than you know. Thanks for helping us in North Carolina.

He expressed his confidence about knowing the area and the comparable properties in the area. Damien was very communicative and informative regarding the process. ZillowVERIFIED I can?t speak highly enough of my experience with DAC Properties as I was so fortunate to have been connected with Damien Coleman. This was my first experience purchasing a home and Damien was extremely patient. I never felt forced to make an offer as the market became more aggressive. His professionalism, knowledge, honesty and hard work ethic are very much respected and appreciated. I was very fortunate to work with him during my search as he shared his expertise of the market and insight on specifics regarding my whole home-buying experience. In short, he was always on my side, working to make my purchase as simple and successful as possible. He was more focused on answering my questions, giving good advice and finding homes that met our needs than he was on closing a deal. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Damien did a great job searching listings to find the right unique home for my unique family. He took into consideration all the needs we had and did not stop looking until we were satisfied. He sent me listings to review daily and got right on top of getting us to see them immediately. Once we found the perfect house he jumped right on making sure our offer stood out and caught the attention of the seller and it did! We are first time home buyers and it was great to experience working with someone who was just as passionate about helping you find your first home. The only reason I didnt put 5 stars was that he didnt get to secure our final walkthrough before closing. Luckily the family we purchased from was great so the home was impeccable. She even gifted us an inherited piano, backyard furniture, and THREE BBQ grills!! Thank you Damien for all of your hard work and late nights. We will be sure to invite you to our first BBQ.

ZillowVERIFIED I give Damien Coleman, Realestate Broker/Owner, DAC Properties, five stars ***** Damien promised to sell my home in one month and true to his word he sold my home in 30 days! Additionally Damien guaranteed me the maximum selling price and delivered 100%. Of all the real estate agents (4 total) I interviewed Damien assessed my home value at the highest price point and supported my ask price by diligently researching and analyzing relevant market data. In addition to truly being a stellar Broker, Damien was genuinely a wonderful person to partner with not just to sell my home but Damien also brokered the deal for the purchase of my new home as well. Damien was patient in making sure I found the right home and miraculously was available 24/7 and went above and beyond every step of the way to address my concerns, educate me on the process and at times when necessary, he was outstanding at keeping my wonderful ?Type A? personality in check. I am delighted to give a personal reference to Damien, his business model is all about full service to his clients. Please feel free to call if you have any doubts?-Damien has my contact info.

ZillowVERIFIED Damien is extremely knowledgeable and importantly, he listened well. I went to him after becoming tired and skeptical about finding a home. I spoke with him via telephone regarding my concerns, what I wanted in a home, and what I had to absolutely have. Damien immediately began sending me listings with homes that met my needs and were within my budget. What I loved is that Damien made the time for me to see homes immediately regardless of whether it was 1, 2 or 3 homes at one time. I did not feel like I missed out on any homes because as soon as a listing came out, Damien made an appointment to view the home.

ZillowVERIFIED A BIT LONG WINDED BUT SHARING MY EXPERIENCE. Damien was AMAZING to work with. This was my first time reading his short Bio and he has completed everything he listed above with Enthusiasm, Efficiency, Timeliness..I could go on forever. He was always a text away and replied almost instantly every time whether it was a question, or a panic moment on our end. He always moved with the same urgency we had and we are very thankful. Damien showed us a home a little above our budget but fit our criteria to a T; With his service which keeps his clients abreast to new, sold and changes to proprties; I noticed a change to the home we were interested in called him right away..within minutes on a Sunday morning he was able to set up a showing, within a few hours negotiated our offer and we were entering into a contract with both parties excited and ready for the purchase of our new home. We recently purchases our home that we all love and it was the home that Damien recommended. During my home buying process I was so in awe with his work I referred him to two other people before we were finished. Besides our home I gave him a list of 14 homes that I wanted to see and he immediately set up showings and we saw at least 6 before we reunited we our dream home which we currently own as of 2/14/2017. Thanks Damien and Dad Team (Cedric Cleveland) P.S. I found him while looking for a home on my own my old former realtor couldnt compare.

ZillowVERIFIED Damien is a great realtor to work with. Whenever I sent him a home that I really wanted to see he was always available and extremely patient. Even after we had to back out of a deal and took some time to regroup, he was more than happy to help us resume our search and quickly find us a home. He didnt pressure us into settling for a home and he didnt have this imaginary time limit that other realtors seem to have. I greatly appreciate how he represented our interests throughout the search and negotiations and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a flexible and patient realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED As a long distance landlord, I needed a real estate professional who could serve as a one stop shop. Damien was the answer to my prayer. Competent in many areas and connected with repair staff, tenant search tools, etc., he provided the type of support that I consistently need and value. His integrity is quite high as he does what he says he is going to do when he says he is going to do it. He made me laugh when I first met him because his refrain was no problem, we could do that for everything I asked. But like the US Postal Service, he delivers.

ZillowVERIFIED My home went on the market during a very slow selling season and was in contract in less than 4 months. Damien priced my home competitively, hosted many open houses as well as showings and because of this I had multiple buyers. He was personally present at all repairs that were performed in my absence and made sure that my property was well maintained. This was very important to me because I live in another state. Damiens years in the business, his market knowledge and his professionalism are just some of the reasons why I chose DAC Realty to sell my house. I would recommend DAC Realty to anyone who is in the market to buy or sell a home.
