Damiana was excellent from the first moment we met. She was professional, friendly and always answered our questions, no matter how complicated they were. We couldnt decide on an agent for a long time, but something told us Damiana would be the best person to handle the sale of our house. We cant recommend her enough! Damiana was an absolute pleasure to work with and truly exceeded our expectations. Her deep knowledge of the local market was evident from the start, and their recommendations for preparing our home, especially her advice on staging, made a huge difference. Throughout the process, Damiana was incredibly responsive, always available to answer our many questions, and guided us through every step of the closing process with expertise. When our initial buyers had financing issues, Damiana handled the situation with poise and tact, quickly finding a new buyer and ensuring a smooth final transaction. We couldn't have asked for a better agent and highly recommend her to anyone selling a home. Thank you Ms. Damiana Camero From the Diane, Sam, Samantha and Sarina Koon

ZillowVERIFIEDDamiana, is amazing! She is super personable and down to earth. Not overbearing or pushing. She really listens to her clients and works on your behalf. Not only did she help me when purchasing my home. She assisted me with selling it just 2 years later when the military gave me orders. So, if you are the buyer or the seller Damiana is the realtor you want to hire!

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I moved from California to the wonderful state of Kentucky, and buying while.out for state is so much harder than buying locally but with Damiana at the helm it made this experience so much easier. She is the most amazing realtor I have ever worked with. She goes above and beyond and was so friendly and patient. I strongly encourage anyone looking to buy to definitely use her for all your real-estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Damiana was hands down the best realtor we have ever worked with. She took the time to answer every question and request that we had, even if it was on the house we were selling with another realtor and not the one we were buying. She was also so thoughtful and had a painting made of our house after knowing how much it meant to me to have the painting our sellers had in the house that they ended up keeping and surprised us with it at closing. Shes a great negotiator, researcher, and communicator. Highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED This agent is by far TOP NOTCH!! We started the house hunting process late last year, and exclusively virtual. Thought we found a couple properties, but they werent really the right fit. DAMIANA found our new home in early January. When she toured the home for the first time..she immediately called us and said aEURoeyou guys are GONNA love this property!aEUR? She was absolutely spot on. She was able to discern our likes and preferences easily through her very attentive people skills. Very communicative and responsive. Helped us with virtual progress tours on a regular basis. Knows her stuff, for sure!! Even helped us find a decorator to help with furnishings. Very personable. Would highly recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED We loved working with Damiana to find our first home. She was knowledgeable, professional, honest, and easy to get ahold of. We ended up needing a separate inspection on our chimney and she called several companies to find someone to give us an estimate before the negotiations on the house were final. She also negotiated with the seller to get us a great deal on our house. We highly recommend Damiana to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED We looked at over 20 houses total. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The house I ended up buying wasn't even for sale at the time. She reached out to the homeowner and they agreed they would be willing to sell to the right person. Couldn't be more happy with the house or the area that I am in.

ZillowVERIFIED We loved working with Damiana on the sale of our lakehouse. She helped us through the whole process - from staging to the closing. If we had a question, she was easy to get hold of - not always the case with real estate agents. We would definitely recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED Damiana was very professional and eager to help us find a unique home to buy. We asked her to travel from E-town to Hardinsburg to the west end of Louisville and finally to Shelbyville, Ky. She never seemed put out by this and was very helpful when we finally found the house we wanted. The closing was excellent and I would recommend (and have already) Damiana to others who are searching for a house.
