ZillowVERIFIEDDalton is by far the best realtor anyone could ask for! He made the process as painless as the biggest financial investment of one's life could be. I cannot recommend him enough! At no point did he try and talk me into a rundown fixer upper or try to convince me to overextend my budget and wouldn't be able to save money aside for life's little surprises. I live in a completely different county but with Dalton's willingness and flexibility to travel to my target area you'd think he was just down the road. If you're ready to buy a house Dalton won't rest until he's found you your goldilocks house.
ZillowVERIFIEDDalton helped us find and buy a house while we were looking from across the country (military move). We are so thankful for his quick and diligent work to help us find a house we love, in a competitive market. His photos and videos and personal tour helped us make a decision without seeing the house in person, and we were not disappointed! We are very grateful for his help and definitely recommend him.
ZillowVERIFIEDDalton was fantastic when selling our house. He was so understanding of our situation with my husband deployed and he adapted to my schedule with a new born. He made selling our house easy and quick!
ZillowVERIFIEDDalton was amazing to work with, extremely professional, knowledgeable, and nice. Worked on getting our house sold on time for market value. He went above and beyond and found us an awesome realtor in your next state to get us setup with our new home. Highly recommend him and will be doing business with him in the future when we move back to Utah.
ZillowVERIFIEDI have known Dalton for more than a decade now, and hes been an invaluable resource as a realtor. Dalton is honest, upfront, hardworking, knowledgeable, dedicated, and he will never ask you for your trust; he will earn it. I rarely have the opportunity to speak this highly of anyone, but Id bet the farm on his ability and commitment to perform for his clients and outperform the industry. For anything real estate, he is my first call.
ZillowVERIFIEDDalton ClarkaEUR| hope youre ready for a novel. From day 1 of contact he had a drive and go getter attitude that we werent expecting. Were used to the type of sales people who try to sway you into something that you really dont want or need, no matter the industry. And if you dont like or want what theyre offering, you kinda get snubbed. Dalton is not like that at all. He listens to you. If you have a question or problem or concern and he doesnt know the answer, he wont bs you. But he WILL get you the answer. Hes not dismissive of your wants, needs, budget, worries, etc,. Hes honest and a straight shooter. I honestly dont think he sleeps, as theres many times hes contacting us late in the evening when most people would have checked out of work for the day. Crunching numbers and sifting through listings, keeping his ear to the ground. He does this because he cares. Because he wants to see you succeed and if you succeed, so does he. And not once did he make us feel like clients; it felt like a buddy youve known for years just hanging out looking at houses. Once you find that dream home, he makes everything as smooth as possible and has your best interests in mind until the keys are in your hands. All that isnt even the best part: when all is said and done, he stays in contact because he wants to make sure everything is going well. By that time, his infectious personality will become that of acquaintance to that of friend. I am proud to have him as my friend. Thanks brutha! Lodwick fam
ZillowVERIFIEDDalton is not only a rockstar real estate professional, but an amazing person! Whenever someone asks me who I would refer for their Real Estate needs, Dalton is my immediate go-to. He takes pride in his work and he takes the time to get to know the needs of each client he works with. A lot of "professionals" in this industry are looking to make a quick commission, but Dalton truly wants to provide value to each client he works with and prides himself on finding the perfect home for his people. There is so much peace of mind that comes with handing your loved ones off to a realtor you know is going to take the best care possible. I honestly cannot recommend Dalton enough- he makes me want to sell my brand new house and start over just because I KNOW I will be in good hands!
ZillowVERIFIED?????Dalton is amazing, we had him sell our house as we were planning on moving to Idaho the first weekend we had it listed and did the open house we had 3 offers. All of them at asking Price so then he went and talked to the agents of the others and told them and one of them bumped up their offer an extra 5,000. During the open house we were looking at houses in Idaho and Dalton had set us up with a good realtor there. After looking we decided to stay in Utah so we called him on a Sunday and told him we needed his help to find us a house especially since we were going to accept an offer on our house the next day. He took his job at finding us a house very serious and we looked all over northern Utah. We found one we liked and he helped us get a good deal on the house. We ended up closing on our house and the new one in 45 days, when the average day in market was 30 days. We signed papers to sell ours and buy the new one the same day. He also met my goal of wanting to be in the new house before the first snow.
