ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I found Dalon on Instagram around two years prior to our purchase. Originally we were looking for a residential investment property. Plans slowly shifted to searching for land to build on. We then shifted looking at industrial shops....finally, after almost two years patiently working with us, we landed a fantastic commercial property in the heart of Polson. Yes Dalon is very patient and he delivered throughout our real estate exploration in Lake County. Dalon has extensive knowledge about the surrounding Flathead lake area. We have purchased several properties in the past and agents usually made 2-3 calls to us. Dalon on the other hand, has been hands on throughout the entire two month process - always easy to get a hold of him though most of the time time he seemed to be a step ahead of us when it came to obtaining information from other parties. He loves what he does and it clearly shows through his commitment to his clients. Loved working with Dalon and looking forward to our next real estate transaction. ZillowVERIFIED Mr. Pobran was recommended to us by a family member. We contacted Dalon and even over the phone without meeting us he got a feel for what we were looking for and went right to work sending us listings in the areas we wanted to live. Within days we found a property and were in escrow. Unfortunately that deal fell through which happens in real-estate but Dalon did not waiver. Even while on vacation with his family he was working hard to help us find our next home. Sure enough within a week we found another that we ended up buying and even closing almost 2 weeks early because Dalon is so on top of all the paperwork and navigation of the transactions. We closed on a beautiful piece of property here in Montana and are just thrilled. Working with Dalon was really smooth and not a single issue. I will most defiantly be working with Dalon again in the future and I can not recommend him enough to anyone in need of an energetic, honest, hardworking, diligent agent on your side.
