ZillowVERIFIEDDallas did a wonderful job helping my husband and I find the perfect condo for us in Waikiki. I'm a real estate agent in Orlando, and am very particular regarding who I work with in other markets. Dallas was very knowledgable about all of the areas that we were considering, which helped us make a decision rather quickly. His communication was amazing and was quick to answer each call and text no matter what time is was. For me, this is a major quality when working with another agent. I expect a high level of customer service, communication, negotiation skills, and knowledge of the contract. Dallas did not disappoint. I have been very fortunate in my career to call almost all of my clients friends, and we now call Dallas a good friend as well. I highly recommend him, and look forward to partnering with him in the future. Mahalo Dallas!
ZillowVERIFIEDDallas was a godsend during my home buying process. He had excellent negotiation skills with the seller's representative, and was fully committed to the closing process for me, staying in close communication the entire way. His responsiveness was incredibly prompt, and he took extra time out of each day during the closing process to answer any and all questions I had and help address any issues I was having. I wouldn't have any other realtor for my closing process. I cannot recommend him enough!
