She works ridiculously hard, has an eye for properly staging a property, is efficient, and honestaEUR|brutally honest, which is a good thing. We were looking for a certain value for our property and Dalia actually got us more. She didnt just find us a buyer willing to pay a strong price, but she actually matched us up with the right buyers, who were able to pay for and close on the house. A lot of realtors will waste peoples time simply taking offers from anyone and everyone, including those who lack the ability to actually follow through on the purchase. Those are the houses that pop back up on the market 45 days later. When it came to the closing, Dalia not only showed up to make sure things went smoothly, but she actually drove 45 minutes to pickup garage door openers that we forgot to take out of our cars.
