I had also heard great things about him so I decided to hire him. I was very eager to sell my home as we had to move out of town. But unfortunately, he could not sell my home. He promised a lot of marketing strategies and assurance that he will sell my house when I met him initially. But I did not see any market strategy being applied to sell my house after 3 weeks of no offers. I know the market was not that bad, and it was a balanced market and other houses were still selling even though slowly in the Katy area. The house was listed for more than 90 days and time kept going, and his office just left the house on sale and stopped taking any interest in trying to sell the house. I was unhappy with his team particularly. They were always slow in response and don't communicate with the other team member properly. A lot of times I was not informed or misinformed about certain things because of his team's poor communication. Although he has a big name in the real estate, I was disappointed that no extra efforts were made to sell the home, In fact, I had to lower the price of the house three times. It lowered the possibility of getting any offers even further, had he priced it right in the first place. He did manage to find a good renter for us fast though, so for that, I give him particularly 3 stars. There is a lot of hype and big name about his reality group, but I am sorry to say it did not work for me.

I found myself in a very difficult situation this summer trying to find a home to buy before my apartment lease was up. You would think it is a simple matter for an agent to guide a buyer in the search for a quality home in an excellent school district. After three terrible experiences with other agents who were either too busy, too inexperienced, or too unprofessional to meet our needs, I was ready to give up and pay the crazy high rent in the school zone I wanted for my son. I had just fired the last agent who had completed an offer for a beautiful home in Katy that was perfect! Due to her negative attitude and unprofessional tactics, I decided to let her go and withdraw the contract she had submitted. This left me looking for an agent on a Saturday evening who could resubmit the contract asap. I didn't really think I would hear back from anyone on a Sunday, but after looking at reviews, my brother suggested Dale Ross Realty Group in Katy. I contacted them by email and left a voice mail, then crossed my fingers.Sunday about mid morning, I got a call from Robert Ross with Dale Ross Realty, calling me on his drive home from vacation! He wasted no time in finding out what I needed, and contacting the seller's agent immediately to tell him we had a new offer coming. Robert even rearranged his schedule to accommodate the seller's agent request that we get the offer in by 3pm, when we had originally expected to submit it by 5pm. Robert Ross and Ashley Blake worked with me to get everything submitted by 3pm. That was just the beginning of a wonderful experience with Robert and Ashley. Robert checked in with me and answered any questions I had regardless of what other personal or professional obligations were on his schedule. Ashley was very proactive when it came to dealing with the title company and especially with my lender, who mysteriously became very difficult to reach when it drew close to closing time. Robert was not only a very good buyer's agent, but he also came across as genuinely concerned about meeting my needs as a home buyer and just made the whole experience a breath of fresh air. If you are looking for a home in the Katy area, or anywhere in the Houston Metro area, I would highly recommend Dale Ross Realty Group, and especially Robert Ross. If you want quality representation as a buyer or seller, you can't go wrong with this group. The attention to detail and quality of service you will find with them is sadly the exception rather than the rule anymore. They helped me seal the deal on the beautiful home that I wanted in the perfect location in Katy, and I couldn't be happier.

ZillowVERIFIED Dale Ross is a figure head organization. He will sell you in his skills but after you sign the contract you will never deal with him again. They offer commission rebate programs that can save you a lot of money if you use them right, but don't expect a full service realtor experience. They did not communicate often, a different person handles each stage of your deal so you never know who to talk to. You are one deal in a large volume system. Just fine for standard tract homes in Katy. Would not recommend for anything specialized that required nonstandard marketing or pricing

We did the upgrades, moved out of state and then listed the house. The house was listed on Wednesday, open house on Sunday, offer on Monday, second offer on Tuesday and we accepted an offer Tuesday. After the buyer's inspection, Dale helped us to negotiate with the buyer and came to a final agreement within a week of accepting the offer. From then on it was just waiting for the closing. In the meantime, another nearby that had already been on the market for several weeks was still on the market probably due to being overpriced.
